ViacomCBS was formed in 2019 after CBS Corporation and Viacom merged for the second time. It includes Viacom’s three segments of TV channels: Music and Entertainment (MTV Networks, VH1, Comedy Central, the Paramount Channel, and others), Kids & Family (Nickelodeon channels), and Black Entertainment Television (BET) channels. It also includes Paramount Pictures, 30 television stations, 117 radio stations, various production companies, Showtime, the CBS Sports Network, and the Simon and Schuster book publishing company. The company is also the home of more than 140,000 premium TV episodes and 3,600 film titles.
