Conflict is an inherent part of the human condition and experience. Conflict as a concept can help explain many aspects of social life, such as conflicts of interests, social disagreement, and fighting between individuals as well as groups, organizations, or nations. On a general level, conflict prevention and conflict management are broad terms referring to various approaches and mechanisms used to avoid, minimize, and/or manage conflicts that may satisfy all parties involved.
