Life Skills Coaching

Life skills–abilities that are necessary for us to function in everyday life–are usually developed as a result of life experiences or taught by parents, family members, and teachers. However, many individuals with disabilities need life skills coaches and other professionals to help them learn some of these specific skills by breaking them down step by step and teaching them using task analysis.
