Hybrid Instruction

Hybrid instruction is an educational approach that integrates both face-to-face and online instruction. Hybrid instruction (also known as blended learning) occurs when a significant amount of coursework is done online at the convenience of the student and is then combined with instruction that takes place in person. Hybrid courses also utilize various forms of technology (e.g., virtual laboratories, webinars, video conferencing) to offer learner-centered experiences for students.
