Feminist and Women’s Studies Association

The Feminist and Women’s Studies Association (FWSA; UK and Ireland) is an organization that according to its website, is a “network promoting feminist and women’s studies research and teaching nationally and internationally.” The FWSA seeks to advance women’s feminist and gender studies as a field of knowledge and works for the inclusion of feminist teaching, research, and knowledge in all disciplines. Its activities include developing policy and issues important to feminist scholars, supporting feminist and women’s studies research via a number of competitions and schemes, and maintaining an active scholarly network online.
