Time Bind

The time bind is a concept that refers to an increasing number of working women and men who are uncomfortable and dissatisfied with their time use. For many people, the feeling of wanting to be at home, but also of wanting to work, invokes feelings of tension and of having less quality time. Work and the workplace have become a source of identity that offers a sense of security and a place where people feel needed and valued.
