Bullying

Bullying is any unwanted aggressive behavior by another individual or a group of individuals who are not siblings or romantic partners. Bullying involves an observed or perceived imbalance of power that is repeated several times or is likely to be repeated. The power differential can arise from individual characteristics such as strength or from a position in the social group (i.e., status within the group or membership to a specific group). Power imbalances can change over time and vary by situation even if the same individuals are involved.
