Tools of the Mind is a comprehensive early childhood curriculum for preschool and kindergarten-age children and a professional development program designed to train teachers and administrators in Tools-specific pedagogy. Since its inception in the mid-1990s, Tools of the Mind has been implemented in a variety of early childhood settings including public and private preschools and kindergartens, charter schools, Even Start, and Head Start programs.
