Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System

The Patient Reported Outcome Measurement Information System (PROMIS®) is a repository of reliable, precise measures of patient-reported outcomes (PROs). Funded by the National Institutes of Health, PROMIS provides researchers and health care providers with efficient and responsive self-reported health measures for both adults and children. PROMIS PROs cover three areas, or domains: (1) physical, (2) mental, and (3) social health.
