Dream Analysis

Dream analysis is a collection of practices that allow people to explore the meaning and significance of a dream. Although it is possible to analyze one’s own dreams, such self-exploration is usually limited. A person can discern things in another person’s dream much more effectively than in one’s own dream. Dream analysis groups, such as those developed by Montague Ullman, are perhaps the most effective way to discover the emotional themes and concerns of a dream.
