Complementary Treatment

Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) encompasses health care provided outside the realm of conventional Western medicine (medicine as practiced by medical doctors, doctors of osteopathy, and ancillary professionals, such as registered nurses and physical and occupational therapists).
