Adversarial Justice
There are several different types of legal systems. The major types are adversarial system of justice, inquisitorial system of justice, political system of justice, and theological system of justice. The United States of America has an adversarial system of justice. However, for comparative purposes, a brief review of the other types of systems of justice will be presented.
