Ethics & Compliance Association

The Ethics & Compliance Association (ECA), originally known as the Ethics Officer Association (EOA), is an association established for organizations or individuals, including those who are responsible for their company’s ethics, compliance, and business conduct programs (i.e., ethics and compliance officers). As the first global organization that was initially designed to serve the needs and interests of ethics and compliance officers, the ECA provides training and hosts a variety of conferences and meetings for exchanging best practices. As of June 2015, the ECA, part of the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), consisted of more than 1,350 members representing nearly every industry.
