Corporate change management is the ability to implement change and significantly modify the direction or culture of a company to keep it competitive in today's fast-paced global marketplace. Changing markets and technologies are only two of the examples of changes that can quickly make a business obsolete. Companies that cannot innovate and continuously change and improve will not survive. Good change management skills give organizations the agility to move quickly in and out of new markets and stay competitive.
