Strategy

Strategy is a management action plan whose etymological foundation is derived from the Greek military term strategos, meaning a general set of maneuvers carried out to overcome an enemy and the actions that can be taken in the light of actions taken by opposite parties. Particular attention must be paid to the term general set of maneuvers, as opposed to specific sets of maneuvers. The latter are those that are carried out by lower levels of management when translating the strategy into operational tactics.
