Environmental Law and Policy Center

The Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) is a public interest, nonprofit organization that provides environmental legal advocacy and green business consulting. Focused on the Midwest region of the United States, ELPC maintains offices in Chicago, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Des Moines, Iowa; Jamestown, North Dakota; Madison, Wisconsin; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Washington, D.C. Since its founding in 1993, ELPC has subscribed to an interdisciplinary philosophy in creatively solving environmental problems and in finding innovative ecoentrepreneurial solutions.
