Administrative attitudes are the beliefs held by school administrators that greatly influence every decision that is made within a school. Administrative attitudes provide the vehicle for finding the framework for formulating a clear vision of successful schools. In addition, they also help to create a paradigm for how administrators view effective teaching; student success; and the significance of providing a supportive, productive, and nurturing learning environment for all members of the school community.
