Shulha is Associate Professor of Evaluation, Planning and Assessment in the Faculty of Education at Queen's University, Canada. Previous positions include Program Evaluator for the University of Virginia's Evaluation Research Center and Teacher and Department Head with Ontario's Superior-Greenstone District School Board. Shulha's work in evaluation research and practice continues to be fueled by the pragmatic concerns of program personnel, school organizations, and classroom teachers.
