Jackson, Edward T.

(b. 1951, Ottawa, Ontario). Ed.D., M.Ed. Adult Education, University of Toronto; B.A. Psychology, University of Western Ontario.

Jackson is Chair of the Centre for the Study of Training, Investment and Economic Restructuring and Associate Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs, Carleton University, Ottawa. He is also President of E. T. Jackson and Associates Ltd., an international management consulting firm that provides services to the Canadian International Development Agency, other development agencies, government agencies, and nongovernmental organizations.

Since 1982, Jackson has been a leader in evaluations of rural development, water management, education, and public sector reform projects in 30 developing countries for the Canadian International Development Agency.
