Forss, Kim

(b. 1952, Malmo, Sweden). Ph.D., M.B.A. Stockholm School of Economics.

Forss is an economist and management specialist and one of the founders of the Andante group, a constellation of independent organizations involved in research, training, and consultant work in the field of international development cooperation. He has had assignments with the Departments of Foreign Affairs in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Ireland; with United Nations agencies; and with domestic public administration and private companies.

His contributions to the field of evaluation are in the design of evaluation systems, methods for quality control, participatory evaluation, and evaluation and organizational learning.
