Family Readiness

Military family readiness programs are initiatives from the Department of Defense intended to create and maintain high levels of morale throughout the military community, especially among military family members. Their objectives are to build a sense of cohesion through social activities, share accurate news and information, help families prepare for deployment and reunion, inform families about available programs and benefits, and help families get the assistance they need in times of crisis.
