Neurosciences and Learning

Educational neuroscience emerged as an interdisciplinary field during the so-called decade of the brain (1990–1999) and has attracted enormous attention in the scientific community as well as among a broader public, including teachers and policymakers, ever since. The connection between neuroscience, psychology, and education is expected to broaden the perspective on human learning and teaching as well as on cognitive and emotional development in general.
