Preventative Law
The most effective approach for handling legal challenges is to prevent them from occurring in the first place. However, in recent years, school boards have had to allocate a much higher proportion of their overall budgets for legal fees. Unfortunately, as American educational systems become more complex, and the number of laws that schools operate under increases, the amount of litigation also increases.
