Understanding learning platforms begins by understanding the concepts of learning and platform. The simple definition of learning is “a change in the probability of future behavior as the result of experience.” These changes are believed to take place within the neural connections inside the brain of the learner. This point is important because the effects of learning experiences cannot be directly observed, and can only be inferred from the subsequent behavior of the learner.
