Meichenbaum, Donald H.
I was born in New York City in June 1940 and attended public schools in New York, culminating in a BA from City College of New York in 1962. I attended the University of Illinois, in Champaign, where I received my PhD in clinical psychology in 1966. I then took a position as assistant professor at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, where I remained until I took early retirement in 1998.
