I am so excited to be here tonight.This is my fourth year designing the UNICEF Snowflake Ball.This is the one event on my calendarthat I absolutely will not miss.So I'm just so excited to be here.But not until I actually went into the fielddid I experience the power of UNICEF's work firsthand.

And I thought, boy, wouldn't it be greatif we could take this whole room and take them on a field visit?So that was my inspiration, to surround uswith these huge screens that take usto all the different countries that UNICEF does work in,to allow people to see the faces of these children that really

have much more in common than that separates them and makesthem different.
