Sahelanthropus Tchadensis

Sahelanthropus tchadensis is an extinct hominin discovered in Chad in 2001–2002. The fossils were discovered by Michel Brunet and colleagues, who are part of the Mission Paléoanthropologique Francō Tchadienne (MPFT).
