Summary

This documentary examines the role of ex-military members teaching, disciplining and shaping a new kind of student. At Lordswood Boys' School in the UK, where students are introduced to cadet force training. In the U.S., an established militarized education system, taught by retired military personell, has taken hold in a predominantly African-American community. Finally, this film introduces a head teacher in the UK who is bringing military leadership strategies to his school.
