Rymer, Pamela Ann (1941-)
Vassar College graduated 20-year-old Pamela Ann Rymer in 1961. The Knoxville, Tennessee, native then moved on to Stanford Law School and received her LL.B. in 1964. After graduation, she became the director of Political Research and Analysis for the Goldwater for President Committee. In 1965 she became the vice president of Rus Walton and Associates in Los Altos, California. From 1966 to 1983 she owned her own practice in Los Angeles. Beginning in 1974 she was a member and chair of the California Post-Secondary Education Commission, and held that post until 1983. When William P.
