Although the term wellness is defined in multiple ways, it is no longer thought of as primarily having to do with exercise and dieting. In recent years, stress management, enrichment, inspiration, and transformation have come to the forefront as important aspects of wellness. Today, wellness is viewed as a lifestyle leading to quality of life and happiness by incorporating a holistic approach to physical, psychological, spiritual, environmental, and community health.
