New York and London are booming. They are buzzing with activity. New skyscrapers are being built and wealth is omnipresent. If aliens arrived in New York or London, or any other major international financial center such as Hong Kong, they would find it unbelievable that the largest financial crisis since the Great Depression occurred within the last decade.
