Servicification
Servicification—also termed servitization or servitizing—is the core concept in product service systems, according to J. C. Brezet and colleagues. In particular, the emphasis on quality in manufacturing beyond function and price led to the recognition of service. Servicification generally refers to increasing service contents of a product-service system while maintaining or increasing its value. However, servicification can be discussed beyond just product-service systems.
