The interview was a discussion, rather than a question and answer session. It was very casual. I was able to give them a real idea of who I was and why I was qualified.
The interviewer showed his excitement and enthusiasm when I gave my answers, which made me excited to continue the interview. I knew I was doing a good job and he offered me the job on the spot.
