Assessing an organization for counselling is a process which involves the development of a consultancy relationship between the individual representing the counselling organization and the individual representing the potential client organization. This relationship is likely to be as important, if not more important, than the counselling relationships that are subsequently developed in the organization. The individual representing the organization providing the counselling service will be referred to as the counselling consultant.
