Strategic Planning
Planning that can potentially help the members of an organization align key objectives with the capabilities to achieve them. It involves developing a plan of action that is the product of assessing key resources, internal organizational processes, and the external environment. Strategic planning may be used to set a long-term course or direction for an organization. It can help managers and staff identify what goals are most important and achievable for the organization.
