Oral Style
The manner of speech presented by an individual to one or more parties. It is marked by the use of spoken (rather than written) words that are employed in a shared language between the speaker and his or her audience. An effective oral style in an exchange of communication offers information with clarity, and the style of relating (informal or formal) is germane to the context of the conversation.
