Stress-Related Growth
Stress-related growth refers to the positive changes that people report experiencing following stressful or traumatic life experiences. These positive changes are attributed to the stressful encounter and are made in response to it or arise from efforts to cope with it. While not everyone experiences stress-related growth, it is a very common outcome following stressful experiences.
