Note: In the September 17, 2011, balloting for the Saeima, the main Russian-speaking party, Harmony Center, won the largest proportion of votes for the first time since independence with 28.36 percent. It was followed by Zatlers' Reform Party with 20.82 percent of votes, the Unity bloc (led by Prime Minister Valdis DOMBROVSKIS) with 18.83 percent of votes, All for Latvia—LNNK with 13.88 percent of votes, and the Greens' and Farmers' Union with 12.22 percent of votes.
