Note: A moderate governing coalition was announced May 15, 2007, just short of missing the deadline set after the January 21, 2007 elections. Formed by President Boris Tadić of the Democratic Party and caretaker Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), the minority government was crafted to exclude the ultranationalist Radical Party, led by Tomislav Nikolić, which won a plurality in the January electoral ballot, securing 81 seats.
