    Sheetal Singh is an award winning researcher, corporate trainer and coach. She is currently teaching Leadership and Change Management for the MBA program at Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. She also serves as an advisor to several startups and until recently, worked as an Assistant Professor of Management at George Washington University, School of Business. Dr. Singh has spent the last decade studying leadership and emotional labor in service firms and startups. She is the Founder of OTI Advisors, an advisory firm that focuses on providing evidence-based interventions to help organizations develop strong and mindful leaders who can develop and support an engaged workforce. Both her research and organizational development work is inspired by her motivation to support individual and organizational well-being. Dr. Singh completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. She completed her undergraduate work in Commerce from Delhi University, and in Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi, India. She also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Delhi, India.

    James R. Bailey is Professor and Stacy and Jonathan Hochberg Fellow of Leadership Development at the George Washington University School of Business, and a Fellow in the Centre for Management Development, London Business School. In 2006 he was named one of the world's top ten executive educators by the International Council for Executive Leadership Development. He has published over 50 academic papers and case studies, and is the author of five books, including the award-winning, best-selling Handbook of Organizational and Managerial Wisdom (SAGE, 2007) which he co-authored with Eric H. Kessler, and the forthcoming Lessons on Leadership. He is the past Editor-in-Chief of the journal Academy of Management Learning and Education. Professor Bailey has served as a dean, department chair, and program director during his 20 year academic career.

    Ravi S. Ramani is an advanced doctoral candidate at the George Washington University School of Business. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management. Ravi's paper earned the 'Best Summer Research Paper' award from the George Washington University School of Business in 2015. Prior to his doctoral studies, Ravi worked for Hilton Worldwide in New York City. Ravi holds an MBA in Business Leadership from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Delhi University, India.
