Abstract

Changing consumer behavior is driving innovations in home flooring, making it especially important for suppliers to stay current. Home Legend is a mid-size supplier in the mostly fragmented flooring industry. While demand and sales have grown for flooring because of increased home improvement and renovation projects and innovations such as textured linoleum, the market is volatile, and Home Legend’s margins are thin.
