Abstract
This case study is about a general manager of a historic hotel property in Norwest Arkansas. In an attempt to enhance the performance of his hotel, he has to make a decision between two incompatible improvement strategies. The first strategy is the promotion of the hotel as a dream destination for weddings. The second strategy is the promotion of the hotel as the place to come for both weddings and ghost tourism.
