Abstract

Greencycle Publishing is a small-sized publishing house specializing on the environment and sustainability movement. The founder and CEO of the company works with the managing editor and his two supervising teams (acquisitions and production) to structure a detailed plan to leverage the company's profits. Key aspect in this process is to generate and effective intervention strategies and apply them to both teams. Main theme of this case is the challenge to develop successful operational strategies in the teamwork, especially when the team is comprised of a small group of people in a highly competitive industry.
