Abstract

This short case covers Boeing’s ongoing dilemma after two fatal crashes revealed lax oversight and failed regulation within the company. Though the company has replaced its CEO and the Federal Aviation Administration has imposed a fine, it’s still a question of how and if Boeing can sufficiently address the problems within its organization to regain public and regulatory trust.
