Abstract
The case centers on Lia Majid, an entrepreneur looking to acquire a business to run through the assistant of Search Fund Accelerator. Majid believed that she had found a company that she could acquire but at the last moment Search Fund Accelerator advised her to restructure the deal. Lia must now decide whether to attempt to restructure the purchase of the target company or begin looking for another company to acquire.
