Abstract

This case, the second in a two part case series, asks students to create a production report analysis on a vineyard and associate wine making facilities in the Napa Valley, California. Myka Freven, the manager of À Votre Santé, has become concerned that while demand for chardonnay has remained consistent net profits are declining leading her to suspect an increase in wastage during the manufacturing process of wine.
