    Dr. Michele D. Kegley is an Associate Professor of Business and Economics and the Program Director and Advisor for the Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies at the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash College. Her research focuses on leadership, change, and socioeconomic issues of women, family, and work–life balance. Her classroom research includes online and hybrid course design, team-based learning, and classroom debates. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Wilmington College, a Master of Science in Economics from Wright State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.

    Dr. Dorothy A. Milligan is an independent researcher. She has served in multiple leadership capacities for community-based non-profit organizations. She currently serves as an advisory board member at the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash College. In addition to her non-profit expertise and commitment, she co-founded and for over 20 years co-owned an ecological consulting firm. She has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Washington and a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
