21.1 The Instrument and its Administration
This instrument consists of two inventories. The objective of both is to help a respondent examine his score on orientation-to-perseverance (PO) and plan to raise his level of perseverance. The instrument is given separately as inventories to assess general beliefs and values. The values relate to the achievement motive, and the instrument is primarily used for entrepreneurs.
The two inventories are separately administered as independent instruments, preferably by administering other instruments between them.
