72.1 The Instrument and its Administration
Delegation Assessment Questionnaire (DAQ) has three parts: the amount of delegation (nine items), the process of delegation (eight items) and facilitating factors for delegation (six items). It is self-administered, and respondents are required to check all the items on a 4-point scale.
