63.1 The Instrument and its Administration
Learning Organisation Profile (LOP) survey helps in preparing the profile of an organisation, indicating how much of a learning organisation it is. The profile is in terms of eight aspects of a learning organisation. LOP survey has 48 items, 6 items on each aspect. Three items on each aspect are stated in positive and three in negative terms. The respondent is required to rate each item on a 5-point scale to indicate how much the item is true about his organisation.
